I am building small automations around routine engineering work. I am looking for work with fewer handovers and less repetition, without losing judgement where it matters.
AI in engineering leadership
I am looking at what leaders need to change when teams start using AI: expectations, time to learn, reusable practices and evidence that the effort is worthwhile.
